Red Bud Health Walk ..........................................................April 1
Don't fool around with your health....come have an extended lunch anytime between 11:00 and 2:00 and join in the fun of starting your year off healthy.  Walk at your own pace for as long as you want, while receiving prizes along the trail as a reward for making this personal commitment to better health. The Red Bud Health Walk will be hosted by TOUR SEKY and Rockcastle Hospital. The event starts at the Kentucky Music Hall of Fame. Free Subway lunch to the first 300 people who complete the approximate 2 mile walk.

Visit this historic cave once used for live Renfro Valley shows.  Cave tours, soup beans and music.  I-75, Exit 59.  Go a short distance on US 25 S  and turn onto 1004.  Stay on 1004 until you come to a stop.  Turn right and continue on 1004.  You will travel a total of 9 miles from the beginning of 1004 to the cave entrance.  Saturday 10:00-4:00  Sunday 12:00-4:00
